Digital Account Manager

Digital Account Executive


Digital Account Manager

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets whilst also helping to grow the business.

You’ll work with a close-knit team of marketing specialists to help deliver our clients’ objectives, making sure that budgets are met and getting hands on with tasks every now and again.

This is a permanent, full time role with a salary of circa £30,000 per annum (DOE).

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage team resources and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and in line with client objectives using our in-house project management tool
  • Working with eCommerce clients to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue – both on-site and off-site
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling and increased investment
  • Help to pitch, win and retain clients
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign progress back to clients
  • Quality control of all work submitted to clients
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends

Skills you’ll bring

  • You’ll have a good understanding of modern, effective digital marketing strategies
  • Ideally, you’ll have digital marketing experience for eCommerce websites
  • You might already be an agency side or client side Digital Marketing Executive or Digital Account Executive looking for the next step up
  • You’ll be results-oriented with strong sense of ownership of projects
  • You’ll have an approachable, personable and professional character to build client rapport
  • You’ll have a strong knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to analyse data to see what’s working, and what’s not
  • A positive, can-do attitude and not be afraid to ask questions or challenge what we do if you think we can improve
  • A keen eye for detail to give clients trust in your work
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be comfortable working from home
  • Due to COVID, all roles are currently home-based with a view to moving to a flexible hybrid option in future so candidates within a reasonable commutable distance to our Stafford office are preferred

Digital Account Executive

As a Digital Account Executive you’ll be responsible for delivering digital marketing campaigns for clients across a range of marketing channels.

This could be driving organic traffic through content, improving revenue from email or finding new areas for growth.

This is a permanent, full time role with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum (DOE).

What you’ll be doing

  • Offering creative ideas and rolling out exciting, purposeful digital marketing campaigns – from content through to social, email and paid search
  • Creating and implementing email marketing campaigns using a variety of email marketing platforms
  • Writing briefs for creative assets required by our in-house designers or be comfortable creating them yourself
  • Contribute to in-house social media channels, content plan and partner content for Kanuka Digital and iWeb
  • Help to pitch, win and retain clients
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign progress back to clients
  • Quality control of all work submitted to clients
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends

Skills you’ll bring

  • You’ll have a good understanding of modern, effective digital marketing strategies
  • Ideally, you’ll have digital marketing experience for eCommerce websites
  • You might already be an agency side or client side Digital Marketing Assistant looking for the next step up or a promising graduate with a strong marketing skillset
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Adept at using Apple OS, Google Analytics and other common digital marketing software
  • A positive, can-do attitude and not be afraid to ask questions or challenge what we do if you think we can improve
  • A keen eye for detail to give clients trust in your work
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be comfortable working from home
  • Due to COVID, all roles are currently home-based with a view to moving to a flexible hybrid option in future so candidates within a reasonable commutable distance to our Stafford office are preferred

Additional Information

Bonus points

  • Ideally, you’ll have experience working with Magento websites
  • Previous agency experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Digital marketing qualifications / accreditations, e.g. Google certifications
