The Brief

The main objective for the website was to showcase the diversity of services and sectors they operate in. Their focus was on expanding the corporate site while highlighting events and case studies featuring their impressive client list.

A significant aspect of the project involved presenting job openings, requiring a streamlined process for their workforce to discover work opportunities and apply online. It was important the site functioned quickly and efficiently for users and was search engine friendly.

Our Approach

Developed a bespoke, responsive WordPress design using component blocks from our light weight starter theme.
Created focused landing pages showcasing their services, corporate information, events and case studies.
Built a direct API integration into their Broadbean system which automatically imports the job listings into the site.
Developed an advanced search and simplified application process
Implemented best practices for cross-device compatibility and accessibility, enhancing the user experience.
Integrated a flexible page builder for easy future modifications.
Tested and populated content to guarantee a polished website ready for launch.

Broadbean

As a user of the Broadbean Job board it was necessary to integrate the site with this platform. We achieved this by using their API and doing a direct WordPress to Broadbean integration. This integration streamlined the process, eliminating manual posting and data entry and automated the smooth transfer of job listings and applications.

On the website we developed a user-friendly job listing section equipped with sorting, filtering, and search functionalities. This enhanced functionality allows candidates to seamlessly explore and apply for positions, boosting engagement and attracting top-tier talent.
